I experienced terrible service at the hands of Pipex, so set up http://www.pipexproblems.co.uk in response.
There are a couple of Pipex employees that keep an eye on the forum posts and help out where they can – hopefully you or others could get some help here?

You think you have problems. I was an old "dial up" pipex customer and they have not even rationalised this product in their new portfolio of products. The easiest thing would be to migrate
existing users of old products to the new products of equivalent value but instead they keep
old product lines going with even less support and customer care than the current ones.

They are absolutely awful - they dont deserve to stay afloat - they deserve to go bust and I wait
for the day that they do.

DONT USE PIPEX unless you want a heart problem.
