My absolute favourite dish in the whole world, one I learnt from my Mum. I’m not going to put the full recipe up here, but this is more of a homage to say thanks for teaching me this recipe! I’ll put my hints up though to remind myself…

  • Add 6 slices of bacon or more to get the juices going better
  • Don’t use the large tubs of sauce
  • Don’t use too much pasta
  • Use lots of garlic. Lots and lots of garlic. Add more garlic if at all possible. Add a garnish of garlic.

    I spoke to my Gran this weekend, and it turns out she told my mum this recipe, and that you can also use Chicken instead of bacon.
