So Intel seem to be pretty proud of themselves now they’ve created a quad-core chip with over 2 billion transistors. Unfortunately, it doesn’t sound very appealing as it only operates at 2Ghz. This of course isn’t the case, due to a larger amount of cache memory on the chip itself and so on.
